If Patriots fans are trying to get a handle on all the recent free agent moves, it looks like there is another motivation behind their recent acquisitions to load up heading into the 2011 campaign.

As reported earlier this morning, the team will wear a patch with her initials on their left chest (obviously where their hearts are) in her memory for this season.
At halftime of Thursday night’s regional broadcast of New England's first preseason game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, the team said a segment will air featuring Patriots greats – past and present – reflecting on Myra’s memory and the lasting legacy she created.
They'll also honor her prior to the team's first regular season home game on September 18th with a moment of silence.
“Myra touched the lives of so many people,” said Vince Wilfork in the release. “My conversations with her were never about football. She always asked about my family and always made me feel as if I were a part of hers.
"By her example, she made us all want to give more and to make a positive impact in our communities. We are proud to dedicate the 2011 season to Myra Kraft.”
Needless to say it should be quite an emotional season. They seem to have the talent to go a long way this year, and also have a really good incentive to finish the job.
