Re: Pats Inactives....Per Reiss...

Surprised Jordan is going, he hasn't practiced at all this week, good news though. I expect a ton of Sammy Morris today.

Re: Pats Inactives....Per Reiss...

Matoney?

Hopefully Wheatley gets out there and establishes himself in the defensive backfield.

Re: Pats Inactives....Per Reiss...

Interesting news with regards to Jordan...hopefully he doesn't play too much as to aggravate any injury

Re: Pats Inactives....Per Reiss...

im assuming matoney is maroney???
if so that sucks cus he dominates the fins. hes got like a 5.6 average per carry against them good news on jordan tho love that guy

Re: Pats Inactives....Per Reiss...

jordan is playing today. Good news.

Re: Pats Inactives....Per Reiss...

hmm heavy air strike gameplan today?

Re: Pats Inactives....Per Reiss...

The Sam Aiken era starts today!

Re: Pats Inactives....Per Reiss...

i bet the mediots like PFT will mention this... . maroney was questionable and praticed and is out whereas jordan didnt practice all week and is playing..odd.i think even jordan is there more like insurance, we should just see morris today.

Re: Pats Inactives....Per Reiss...

maroney is out? interesting...

about crable...hes still not active...

agsinst the fins at least i wanted him to get some in game exp.

Re: Pats Inactives....Per Reiss...

whats with crable???
why hasnt the guy [played? injury

Re: Pats Inactives....Per Reiss...

just heard guys that morris is the starting RB

Re: Pats Inactives....Per Reiss...

I don't understand signing up a Ster (Eckel), only to have him inactive.

Maybe because Jordan went through some tests before the game and it was determined he could play, if he couldn't, they had Eckel ready to play. If they all come out of this game fine he will probably be released tomorrow morning. Not a big deal.

Re: Pats Inactives....Per Reiss...

Not surprised about the linemen...or the QB or Maroney or Crable...Alexander or Washington....(Aiken will plays ST..finally get to see him and hope all is OK..) Surprised about Eckel..and Jordan playing...I agree insurance... and apparently an injured Jordan betterthan a healthy Eckel?? Well..it's teh Fins..all will be OK..

Re: Pats Inactives....Per Reiss...

Morris, Jordan, and Faulk will be more than sufficient as long as the Oline plays well today.

Re: Pats Inactives....Per Reiss...

I wouldn't be surprised if we see at least one RB inactive every week; more so to save them than due to actual injury.

Re: Pats Inactives....Per Reiss...

I'm not surprised with Crable. I expect he is viewed as a solid backup in the event one of the primary LBs need a rest. The primary LBs seem to be pretty healthy right now.

I thought the Jordan activation was a surprise. He either recovered quickly or Maroney is a greater long-term injury risk for this game than Jordan is. I hope this is not the beginning of a season of shoulder injury problems for Maroney. I had hopes of seeing him get the ball in screens and short passes and doing something in open field running.

thats a good point actually very well could be true

Re: Pats Inactives....Per Reiss...

i'm surprised about washington. who moved ahead of him on the depth chart?
