@Denver will be a tough game. But we've been playing well recently. Basically I have no idea what will happen in that game.

That's about to change this Sunday. I don't care if McDaniels coached here or not, we're scoring more than ten points.

But the question is can their offense score more than 10 points against us?

I like Denver and have enjoyed watching them play so far this year. But the offense has been downright anemic (sp?). 7 points against a very good Bengals defense, but it came on the fluke play. 26 against a team that I believe turned it over 3 times (Cleveland), and 23 against a team that turned it over 3 times again (Oakland). And then 17 yesterday against Dallas and the last TD was just piss poor defense.

I don't think we turn the ball over and if we do it won't be more than once, and Denver seems to need 3 turnovers to score over 20. I think they hold us under 30, but I don't think they score more than 13.

I would guess 24-10.

I think we should be humble approaching this. Whatever perception of the talent level disparity, the fact is that Denver has found a way to win against supposedly better teams, and if there is one team McDaniels knows inside and out other than his own, it's the Patriots.

Whats the big deal with Denver? WHo did they play? Should I remind you that Buffalo was 4-0 last year? This will be our easiest game so far.

Nice humility, but GFY Denvah.

Yup, they've owned us and Champ Frakin Bailey has hurt Brady bigtime. I love Josh, but as Tom (GOAT) Brady said today, it'e time to give Josh his 1st loss. Pats by their biggest margin yet this season.

It's not too early in the week to talk about the Denver game. yesterday is yesterday and we should all be ready to move on. let the crows fans whine about the refs and their receivers who can't catch.

you should read what they are saying at the broncos forum. they are all so confident of a denver victory. the best reasons are:

1. broncos shut down the number 1 rushing D in the league, no problem against the pats.

2. mcdaniels knows the pats tendencies

3. pats secondary is weak, wilfork not 100%, etc.

Pick the winner of the Broncos vs. Patriots game... - Broncos Country Message Boards

the thing that worry me are mcdaniels knowing the pats and the altitude.

if the broncos fans think kyle orton is going to go head to head with brady, lol.

I don't think the Patriots even know their 2009 tendencies right now.

And that's not a slam against the Patriots.

Broncos have beaten the Browns, Bengals, Raiders and the overrated Cowboys.

They better be ready or this could get ugly. They havent shown me anything up to this point. In the Broncos forum they are comparing their defense to the Raven's d of 2000 LOL

So if we were 4-0 and playing at home we would all be predicting a loss?

I never bet against the Pats, history tells you not to, but to think we will walk in there and win easily is crazy. Denver's defense is almost as good as the NYJ. That didn't work out so well for us.

True... but if we played at NY like we did yesterday, it might have worked out a lot better for us. ;)

Guys, please humiliate the Donkeys. Chargers are hurting right now and need all the help we can get.

I hope the Pats get a quick lead. There's this thing they do during games, the fans chant three things then some Looney Toons "wah, wah wah" sound effect comes on when the opposing team makes a mistake, etc. Very, very bloody annoying..

"The Battle of the Hoodies"!!!

the Master vs the Student...Let's Get It On!!!

Why shouldn't they? They are 4-0 and have quality wins over a decent cowboys team and a decent Bengals team. Im predicting a win for the Pats because they have quality wins over a good Falcons team and a very good Ravens team.

The Pats SHOULD win this game by 10 pts.....

Didn't Buckhalter get hurt yesterday? He's been their biggest playmaker, outside of the classy Marshall.

Someone wrote on here what the Donkeys say when there's an incomplete pass by the opposition. Well, they yell "In - come - plete."

One other thing about these people - they consider bull testicles a delicacy. And no, I'm not making that up.

i cant wait for this game. people have been underrating the broncos all year, but the patriots allowed nearly the same amount of points to BAL as denver has allowed ALL year. the media keeps hating, but the broncos keep showing up to play. they cant play anyone other than whos on their schedule, and they are 4-0.

ill be at the game this weekend, very excited. patriots may win they have a very good team, but to sit here and predict blowouts after the denver D is ranked top 5 in nearly every defensive stat is silly. the broncos offense has to click eventually, they are so close on so many things. but considering ortons fingertip came OFF just a few weeks ago, i can understand some of it, he just has to get on the same page. patriots will have a very difficult time getting pressure on orton, broncos oline is as good as it gets. dumerville will eat up whoever you have at LT and mike nolan is scheming some crazy stuff thats keeping the pressure on. possibly the best secondary in the league, dawkins said its ridiculous how great the communication is in the backfield.

dont underrate the team just because the media keeps saying they are a fluke, they clearly are not. they are running the ball very well and orton is not turning the ball over.

Yes sir. I'm going to wear my special Taser helmet.

-No, they can't decide who is on their schedule. But their schedule is WEAK

-"Whoever the LT is?" Pretty ignorant thing to say. So like, if we had a All-pro LT that recently shut down an elite end a few weeks ago, that probably wouldn't matter against the mighty Dumerville, right???

-A rookie RB, with an injured backup is not something to be scared of. Especially with Mayo back.

The questions I ask myself are

1. Can Denver take away what we are best at?
2. Can we take away what Denver is best at?
3. Can Denver put up enough points on the board to win?

It's going to make for an interesting battle tactically to see what eventuates but I believe we are simply a better team and will choke their offense, no matter how well their defense plays.

I just don't think the Broncos will be able to must enough points to win, I feel like the Pats should be able to hold Denver to under 13 points, and I think they will atleast score 17.

The Broncos have really pissed me off so far

In 4 weeks of me predicting all the games in a local Casino contest I have only lost 10 games total in all 4 weeks...4 of those losses were picks AGAINST the Broncos and they made me pay every week so far.
