yes, and it was not the only comment from him about the defense, he knows that half of the team sucks, and many of his comments show that he as the team leader realizes this......

He could have helped matters a bit by sprinkling in a first down or two in the 4th quarter.

also, after that Gronk rush TD, he looks back towards someone at the sidelines....not sure why, but i think it may have been due to the play succeeding and getting Gronk the TD

He did that twice in the game (first one was from the ground after the 2nd Gronk TD)

He does that every game quite often.

It's to Bill O'Brien.

I like the part where Brady throws a touchdown as he's getting hit and without even looking at the endzone, sits straight up like the Undertaker and pumps his fist.

I also enjoyed when Brady says "He's wide open...How hard is it?"..Unfortunately, I'm not sure if he's talking about Gronk or the Colts receivers

Brady seems a bit frustrated at the defense giving up garbage points. Maybe he should come here and read some of the threads that proclaim garbage points are okay.

Maybe it's just me but BB and TFB appeared extremely relaxed compared to their normal psychotic selves.

It is always ok to trade points for time when up by a lot in a football game late. However, the Patriots forgot about the time part of the equation and I think that's what was upsetting him. JMHO

lol@ the fist pump laying on his back after being drilled while releasing the ball, kids a warrior.

Was nice to read about pats fans at gillette sunday giving Manning a warm welcome and letting em know he's missed this year. Great gesture he deserved it, I hope he's back next year.

OK, Big Boy, show us a thread that proclaims theat garbage points are okay. Go ahead......Let's see how long it takes for you to answer.

Condon, evidently, doesn't know the difference between POINTS and YARDS.

The Patriots are near the middle of the NFL in POINTS given up. Dead last in YARDS.

The argument was that garbage YARDS given up when ahead by alot is not a big deal (#31 in the league is Green Bay, for those who haven't been paying attention).

Nobody thinks the garbage POINTS given up on Sunday are "okay". However, if you actually watched the game, you would have seen (and understood) the personnel who were playing defense that day. Niko, Nate and Urkel were your version of "Open Mic Night".

Nice attempt at spin, Condon, but there is a difference between the words "yards" and "points".

Scrub players playing out of position (or positions they hadn't played in years) played badly - - OH, THE HORROR!!!!

Some people also seem to be under the weird impression that the "experimenting" article means that it was part of the plan to play terribly and give up those points.

Not sure why you'd make that leap. BB trying stuff out in a game time situation and also expecting decent play against a putrid squad like the Colts are not mutually exclusive things. I'm sure he was plenty pissed as he should be.

I was expecting something more informative from this SoundFX program. BB and TB are miked up for the whole game and that's the best NFLN can do? Disapointed.

That was the quick - 3 day turnaround stuff.

I'm sure there's miles of tape from that game that will be culled into a retrospective show later.

Did you watch the video? Brady seemed a bit annoyed at giving up 21 points in the 4th quarter. So I made a joke. A bit sensitive are this morning...

The only thing I got out of this NFL tid-bit, besides the editing for effect, is that Tom Brady also thinks the New England pass defense sucks a@@. Add to that the emphasis on scoring quick, go no-huddle, fast, fast, fast....shoot, the team knows the defense blows and needs a cushion. Yes, I know that Offense is the strength and when you have TB, go ahead, score quick....but it's a clear as day that pretty much everyone, except the defensive players themselves, thinks the pass d is awful.

Made a joke? C'mon, man up. You were making a point. It was non-factual ("points" are different than "yards") and I pointed it out.

It's ok. You misunderstood "points" and "yards". It's no crime. But give everyone a break and be more honest than "I was just making a joke".

......that being said, I did just get my morning coffee. :)

My point being the defense is terrible. Yeah sure. That's pretty transparent. I think I've made my stance clear that I feel that way.

My favourite part was the "okay, Championship play" part. Shows just how much both BB and TB value those "we're smacking you in the mouth on the goal-line" plays.

Who knew Underwood had a Kid-Play haircut?

Brady should be mic'd up more often. Entertainment, should've been longer.

Best part - After the Colts fumbled the ball, the confident one says "That's ours - We need it!"

I liked the conversation he had with Wes too "One [bleep] possession in the 1st quarter, we got one [bleep] possesion in the 1st quarter" He was hating on the defense all game. Not that I blame him. They can't get anybody off the field fast enough and "3 TDs in one quarter" I'm with Brady on that one.

I liked the encounter he had with Manning 2nd-best, when he asked somebody "did Peyton come?" Tom had to see his boy. I wonder how he reacted when he found out they took away his TD and made it a rushing TD for Gronk?
