The good part is, every playoff team in the NFL has looked this bad at some point this season. Baltimore, Pittsburgh, New Orleans, Green Bay last week, you name it.

With a little luck, anyone could go all the way.

Couldn't agree any more. He always seems to miss a kick at pivotal moments when the Pats are trying to come from behind.

The next time a Gostkowski kick is the primary difference between a win and a loss will be the first.

Who gets the bag of coal today, McCourty or Brady ?

Brady had his worst half at home in years, McCourty was his usual self.

No he hasn't. That is just idiocy talking. Clearly most of you have forgotten that he was coming off a QUAD injury and that it takes a while for those to get to 100%..

You fair weather fans are absolutely disgusting.

He has sucked since the QUAD injury, meaning he sucks. Cut him!

I'm no fair weather fan, but I'm not gonna call whacked players good or above average because they are Patriots.

Running the ball must be against the law in Foxboro?

Seriously, the game plan was to come out in empty set with a banged up O-line.
Arrogant!

They've tried running the ball.. Guess you missed it..

No, it's not arrogant. It's playing to your strengths..

When we come back to take the W, I'm going to make a point to come back and read this thread and see how many "fans" fell off the bandwagon, and count how many posters want to take Rodgers over Brady. So far I count one poster who just did that and he's made my ignore list.

Been that way for a while now. Opposing defense don't have to worry anything whatsoever about defending the run. Teams like Bmore and Houston will probably do this to us with ease. Hopefully BOB is down to his last strike I dunno how much longer we can expect to make a playoff run playing the way we do. I know it's just one of many issues but let's face it, our D could have played lights out the last few playoff games and we still would've lost them because the offense did absolutely NOTHING.

I have never been a Gostkowski fan. Without his deep kickoffs, he is just an average kicker. I thought Graham was a better option with the ball moving to the 35 yrd line on kick offs. He never gives us a break. Oh well.

I doubt the Pats are losing this one, even if they do, Brady is still better than Rodgers and the Pats D are no worse than GB's.

I'm sure the Oline would love to have 1/2 of Tom Brady right now.
how can Brady do anything if he has no time? he's getting hit every play.

You ARE a fair weather, know nothing ignorant person who doesn't understand what it means to "suck." Just zip your trap so no one on here has to lose precious seconds due to your dumb posts..

Lets shut them out in the second half

You, BaltimorePatsfan, and Living are the jokes. Friggin know nothing fair weather fans who don't know jack about football or how injuries affect people. It's people like yourselves who sully this board with your blathering,.

DOn't call me for being a fair weather fan! Look at my posting history! I said Gostowski is an average kicker that can't kick in the clutch, its true.

what the hell are you talking about?

Pats D is a juggernaut. You trolling if you think than Gost is not the best K in the NFL. He is better than Vinatieri. Fo Real

Even with the new kickoff rule, Graham's average KO doesn't get into the end zone. Add in the cold weather in December/January, and it gets even worse.

pats clearly arent playing with any agression this week. probably knowing they have a playoff spot and pretty much a Bye(if they win against the bills who are horrid right now) why risk injuring everyone?

take out brady, and let hoyer play and give some guys like Ocho some reps

Well u know what? IF this was their gameplan today....could they at least let us know it at the outset by starting Hoyer and the scrubs? Personally, I DON"T think they are just "going through the motions" knowing they have a good playoff spot locked up. Sadly...and frighteningly THEY are trying to play Football today. Problem is...their OL is so banged up...Brady has NO time.....they have NO CREATIVITY in any sense and they can't even begin to run the ball. On the defensive side.....no surprise here....WE HAVE NO SECONDARY.....and without Carter....the DL is not the same. Yes Ellis made a few good plays......Ninko and Deaderick got in there....but overall they are being outplayed by a very FOCUSED DOOFIN team that is treating this SH(T as their superbowl. Jests should be in for an equally tough can of WHOOPA$$ next week. But....unfortuneatly, we are looking at another year wasted for TFB and the Vets....because we have so many holes (even more with all the OL injuries) There is no way this team can keep up with the NO and the GB in the NFL world......
