Hill is what we need in a WR on this team so much it's not even funny. If we get Lloyd and Welker, he'll be able to develop too.

The Georgia Tech WR line should reassure him too.

Floyd is a first round lock, but if he can equal that time on his second run, could push him into the top 15.
