Every time I will play New England it will be a personal grudge-Shaun Phillips

So, "That was an ass-whipping!" qualifies as a complement now? These Chargers need to grow up and act like they've been there before.

Oh the irony of this comment. If you are mocking someone's sack dance after a game in the middle of their field you are most certainly not acting like you've been there before.

Don't excuse poor behavior with someone else's poor behavior that occurred a year ago. Call it like it is. No lame excuses for acting like an ass.

The rest of the NFL is speaking today and I believe Boston hears them loud and clear.

Who cares.. Your just here to get a rise out of people. Having fun?
Now your on my ignore list, no big loss for me.

Take care now.

I just woke up from a nice post game nap and thought I heard someone say something. What was that Shaun? Really? Great, I'm going back to sleep now.

how can it be that one of the local media doesnt (sic) bash our players for once ?

Everything said on this thread about the trash talking beforehand by the Bolts is true. Still I tend to agree with Karen Guregian - act like you've been there before, because you have. And it's regrettable that A) The Patriots took a perceived hit on the organization as a whole as a result of their having responded in kind, and B) They've given locker room bulletin board incentive to the Bolts going down the road.

It would have been so awesome to see the Pats simply walk off the field with nothing more than a confident smile of affirmation on their faces, sending the message to the Chargers that this was the expected outcome. Let's hope that they have another opportunity to do this next weekend.

It is very simple - when Tom said Reche told him the Charger players didn't think much of the Patriots he was telling the truth.

The Chargers front office was planning their Super Bowl parade and the players were no doubt checking their ring sizes.

They can't believe they lost and they are reacting like babies. They do more dancing and talk more trash than any team in the league. They have an assistant coach (soon to be the head coach if he isn't already) running around after games screaming about "ass whoopings." They shouldn't dish it out if they can't take it.

These guys haven't learned (but quite really quickly should) that if you piss on someone, as soon as they get the chance they are going to turn around and piss on you. That's human nature, and can't be faulted - at any level.

We'll see how much these guys learn in the off-season...

Go here. # 122. Reply...if you think you can....

When the Pats and Chargers will meet next season, I doubt the Pats will give their A-game. Philips will just be disappointed. Go Pats:rocker:
