The report says that Bolden signed with the Redskins according to NFL.com, but according to NFL.com, he hasn't signed with anybody. :D

Hmm, well, I'm happy to be wrong if so. I definitely like Bolden. I saw the Auburn game this year and I remember thinking that the guy looked like a stud.

It's probably a case of mistaken identity. Kelvin Bolden, a WR out of Southern Miss signed with the Redskins.

Bengals got your boy Dye. Couldn't you have made a personal call to get this done OTG?

He no doubt saw Wilson get drafted and knew he had no shot at making the team.

Heh!! I LIKE Dye, but methinks you overrate my interest in'm!!

I just gave'm a good Scouting Report.

I wouldn't've actually DRAFTED'm.

I haven't seen a single Safety I would've drafted, the last two years running.

It's all about CornerBack Convertibles, with me.

Pats sign Matt Roark, WR, Kentucky 6’5″ 225

Kentucky WR Matt Roark joining Pats - New England Patriots Blog - ESPN Boston

QB converted to WR. Limited production as WR. 7 blocked kicks in his career. Ran their wildcat packages. 4.72 forty. PS player at best.

Did you know that he and WoodHead are workout buddies??

Found a Pic of Brother Roark, coolin' with Brother WoodHead:

According to his Twitter, Rutgers DE Justin Francis is a New England Patriot.

Increasingly looks like Brandon Bolden will sign with the Pats.

Bolden was really good in 2010 -- averaged 6.0 YPC over 976 yards, with 17 touchdowns, in the SEC -- and then, this year, he had a hairline fracture in his ankle that sent his stock way down. If he's healthy, we might have stolen a guy.

Bolden was AP honorable mention all-SEC in 2010, when Ridley was second team (behind Mark Ingram). He was on his way to breaking all of Deuce McAllister's school records when he got hurt. He's not a speedster, but he's really athletic and has good power, and he catches the ball well. With room for one more back on the roster, he's definitely one of the more interesting signs.

Brandon Bolden RB from Ole' Miss Signed

UDFA He Is a pretty good back. Can catch the ball 5"11 and 219lbs. Broken ankle first part of last year. Good 3 cone. 4.5 speed. Hope is is as decent as Law Firm.

"A running back from Baton Rouge, La., Bolden finished his career ranked second in school history in both total touchdowns and rushing TDs, third in all-purpose yards and fourth in rushing yards. He was an All-SEC honoree in 2010 and named Ole Miss’ Most Valuable Senior by the Jackson Touchdown Club in 2011."

Re: Brandon Bolden RB from Ole' Miss Signed

I had to laugh because when I googled his name one of the first links listed is to a Bleacher Report article claiming he signed with the Redskins two days ago.

Here's a link to his profile from his school's site. Surprise, surprise: another team captain.

Brandon Bolden Profile - OLEMISSSPORTS.COM - OLE MISS Official Athletic Site

Finished his career ranked second in school history in both total TDs scored (33) and rushing TDs (27), third in all-purpose yards (3,681) and fourth in rushing yards (2,604).

As someone who has written for Bleacher Report, I can say it's very wiki-sports. Very happy that our Bolden is Brandon: wanted Pats to consider taking him on Day Three, but they didn't have the picks early on. Glad he's headed to Foxboro. :rocker:
