How do you get through the offseason?

Follow the combine and scouting process, UFA, and then OTAs. I actually enjoy the offseason aspects of the game it is a different type of entertainment but the mocking of the draft can be a fun time.

I just miss watching the team out there...but by them winning the SB..i think it will make this offseason fly by or much more enjoyable for me. I love TC

I avoid any and all web sites that can be abbreviated using the letters "P" and "F". :)

I also spend more time writing music. If you'll pardon a little spam, here is a recent tune o' mine.

I hear you. This should be a busy offseason for us so it will be entertaining to watch. If we retain our key players and add a few good players through draft along with some depth through the draft and free agency there is a legitimate chance the 2015 team could be the best team of the Belichick era.

Die hard Celts fan. Actually a pretty fun team to watch even though they kinda suck.

Well they have 45 first round picks in the next 4 drafts so things should improve.

I like Smart he looks like he could a stud.

I watch the Bruins..but they are like the NY Jets of hockey right now....sad

I am excited to see if we can keep REvis ect and how much ect

Same. Smart is a big time gamer. He's out there guarding elite bigs like Blake and Cousins. Not too many point guards are able to do that. His shot has also been a very pleasant surprise. Thought that was suppose to be his weakness but he's been great from 3. Only thing I don't like about him is the flopping. Leave that crap to the Clippers.

I coach high school track, I watch NHL playoffs and March Madness religiously to get through the spring.

Before you know it, it is summer time and about a month until training camp. I fill a lot of time listening to Patriots Football Weekly and reading a few books. Next thing you know, we are into pre-season games.

I'll admit I really only watch the B's during the playoffs but as long as they make it in even as the 8th seed I wouldn't be too worried. Seems like playing at home matters the least in hockey vs the other 3 North American sports. Just find a way into the playoffs and anything can happen. Both Stanely Cup appearances came as like the 4th seed I think.

I don't want them to make playoffs...because that would mean Chirelli would stay..last thing we need. we need MAJOR changes and that will only come if a team with this much talent..misses playoffs...even if they make playoffs..they won't make past 1st round.

I switch to the Bruins full time, but this year it isn't going so hot. Luckily I can continue to review Super Bowl highlights to relive some glory days! I don't follow the combine or college football in general, but I do turn into the draft, at least for the first round, and then to see who the Pats pick as it goes along.

I pretty much lip sync to We Are the Champions once an hour (though I sing, no time for haters instead of no time for losers during the chorus). :D

Fetal position? Booze? Prayer?
I'm an avid fan of all 5 local sports teams and a New England Revolution season ticket holder ... so I'm okay.

I am terribly jealous. Though I will say I am allowed extreme latitude from the old lady during football season because its the only sport I'm passionate about.

Good question. Usually I'm cool with blocking out football till the draft. Recently the beginning of the offseason tended to come off the heels of a heart breaking playoff loss. Now that I am still amped it's hard to wait.
