Absolutely.. not sure if any of these guys have tried to throw a football with your left shoulder injured. The muscles are connected and although you use your right arm to throw, the action will produce incredible pain (which can be numbed) but your timing / coordination will be slightly off...

The MVP is normally a quarterback and this year, it will be Aaron Rodgers. For non quarterbacks, I would say that Welker would win this hands down, as he continues to lead the NFL in receiving yards.
