Unification Church founder Rev. Moon dies at 92

I'm sure the arranged marriages, brain washing and child abduction will continue, however.

    Red Sox Sign Adrian Beltre

ummm, where would Lowell play in Queens? They have the best third baseman in baseball already.

Get well soon, Wes! [Positive messages for Wes ONLY]

Welker's family: "We're absolutely sick" [merged]

Re: Welker's family: We're absolutely sick. but then, he wasn't "carried" off the field. he walked off, from what I saw. Minor detail. but that's lazy journalism. Kilgore = fail.

"Well, the fans are trying to boo JaMarcus Russell..."

Re: "Well, the fans are trying to boo JaMarcus Russel..." an embarrassing franchise for over two decades... with a brief respite when Gruden was there.

Bill Polian essentially tells Colts fans to screw off

please... they lost because after a month of their 12-15 blue-and red-chip caliber players not hitting anyone, they weren't remotely the same team that went 13-0. ... that and Roethlisberger's tackle, of course.

    Favorite games of the decade

Of course, the Pick 6 vs. the Dolphins came against Jay Fiedler, which isn't much of an accomplishment.

Is anyone actually afraid of the Ravens?

you should be more concerned with Ray Rice from Rutgers running and receiving for the Ravens. "And Rut-roh!"

Bill Polian essentially tells Colts fans to screw off

clearly this team has not learned from 2005, when it went to sleep after 13-0 and never recovered.

Peyton Manning: Big Winner in Tiger Decline

so what? are there observers out there who honestly care about sports celebrity advertising revenue?

    Gammons to leave ESPN

ESPN continues to go the MTV route... i.e., irrelevancy. How'd leaving ESPN turn out for Harold Reynolds? He rules MLB network now.

    30 Years Ago Today

i went to a Ranger game last week... have to say, I found MSG quite stale. laughingly, Ranger fans have this curious song they play after every goal. "hey! ... hey!... hey! hey! hey!.... Gooooooooal." LOL

    Bay to the Mets

in poker parlance, this team consistently continues to get "blinded out" by doing nothing before it's too late and all the opportunities are gone... which is one of the dumbest things you can do in poker. nonetheless, the game is being ruined by a lack of a salary cap. I'm convinced there...
