Guess Position PATS Pick with 29

Trade back or select Jeremiah Attaochu (DE/OLB)....Attaochu is a better pass rusher than Khalil Mack and is every bit the athlete Mack is. He'll only get better. I believe Attaochu will be available at #29, but probably not #40.

    Official Binkie Thread

Kelvin Benjamin, WR, FSU Calvin Pryor, S, South Carolina Louis Nix, NT, Notre Dame These are players I see as legitimate options for us. But I like plenty of players across the board. But I'd be willing to bet these three players will be long term starters in the NFL.

    Edelman is back

Great news. Would really like to see us make a play for Mack (if indeed Wilfork is released), but I'm not sure BB values a center that highly (top three money at position). It looks like we may go young at WR (mid round pick), and TE (first two rounds), but if they could get value I'd like...

    Pats Sign Brandon Browner!

Revis and Browner immediately speed up the development of Dobson, Boyce, Thompkins, and Logan Ryan. Ecstatic.

Death Match 5 – Jairus Byrd vs. Aqib Talib

All things being equal in terms of availability and cap usage I'd take Talib. Byrd is very similiar to McCourty in that they're both former CB's (Byrd at Oregon) and both are better in the deep half and aren't natural, rangy, center-fielders, nor are they strong in the box or overly physical--...

    D'Qwell Jackson

Signing Jackson would be a great move, as it would give us a three-down linebacker who can play man and zone coverage effectively. I could see it being a huge plus in sub packages with him, Collins, and Mayo on the field. But he'll most definitely have to take less money to play here, and he...

    Try your Own Mock

Your Picks: Round 1 Pick 29: Louis Nix, DT, Notre Dame (A) Round 3 Pick 12 (DET): Ra'Shede Hageman, DT, Minnesota (A) Round 3 Pick 29: Keith McGill, CB, Utah (A) Round 4 Pick 9 (BUF): Christian Jones, ILB, Florida State (B) Round 4 Pick 29 (S.F.): A.J. McCarron, QB, Alabama (A) Round 5 Pick 10...

In the wake of Hernandez - Colt Lyerla, Y/N?

I would like to see the FO take him in the 6th if he's available but probably not before that. But I feel that the Hernandez wound is so fresh that it probably won't happen...if it was two years from now I could see it.

    Next Stop, the Underwear Olympics

I would prefer Amaro to fall...really feel he's going to be a difference maker, and it's a coin flip between Fiedorowicz and Seferian-Jenkins for me. What I see in Fiedorowicz is a Heath Miller type that immediately strengthens the run game; a reliable outlet intermediate receiver with sure...

    Next Stop, the Underwear Olympics

I would be thrilled if we could land Fiedorowicz in the 2nd and Burton in the 6th...thrilled. Especially if we were able to draft Stepen Tuitt, Rashede Hageman, Zack Martin, Louis Nix, or Calvin Pryor at #29.

    Talking TEs - 2014 Draft

There seems to be a lot of negative views of Jace Amaro....I somewhat agree if he's sitting there at #29 and so is Stephen Tuitt, Zach Martin, Rashede Hageman, or Calvin Pryor, all of whom I'd want over Amaro at #29. But I like him in this offense as an early playmaker as a move end, motion...

AJ McCarron would like to be a Patriot

McCarron would be a perfect fit for this offense. Alabama runs plenty of multiple groupings, motions, 3, 5, and 7 set patterns-- very pro ready. And McCarron is very similar to Brady coming out of Michigan in that he isn't a finished product physically, and was asked to win plenty of big...

What the Pats want for Mallet according to

I believe in Mallett, and I have a feeling BB does too...just a hunch. I would like to see him stay, maybe even a one year extension this off-season, but if we were to move him...... This would be an ideal scenario.

    FA Pick 5

    1. Aqib Talib- Can't replace his ability or knowledge of system in FA/draft. 2. Andrew Quarless- "Joker" TE who can line up in-line and split out. Under the radar 'young-veteran' player with good athleticism and experience in a diverse offensive system. 3. Alex Mack- Would be worth the...

If ??? were healthy,we would have won more.

Gronkowski's physical health + Hernandez's psychological health = Super Bowl berth.

Breaking news: BB gets ice cream!

He looks like a serious man when it comes to ice cream.
  17. Elijah T.

    Miles Austin?

Yes. Because he would likely come cheap, has good size and physicality, and has played X,Y,Z. He only played 11 games last year but played every game the season prior. As long as it's low risk, Austin can be a mis-match problem. I would love to have him.

College Football Star Michael Sam Says He Is Gay; May Become First Publicly G...

Absolutely...but it's unknown. I'm not worried about what I don't know. If you read my post, I tried to correlate the gay issue with a straight man showering around a woman....what if the woman knows? How does she feel? These are real issues that management will consider.

    Talking TEs - 2014 Draft

Good post as usual...I agree with 90% of it, but the more I look at Amaro the more I see Hernandez at 6'5 260 (comparing Hernandez at Florida). I like Amaro in 'this' offense a lot and would not be upset with him at 29, but I agree with your other prospect assessments and wouldn't be...
