    OT: MrsPFnV has passed away

Very very sorry for your loss, sir. She was one of my favorite people on the ol PoFo to banter with. I recall her saying back when the PF was open (which is turning into quite a long time ago now) that she was experiencing some health issues. Good on her for being able to fight through them...

    RIP Harry Boy

For those of us that were PoFo-only members (which Harry most certainly was himself), it’d be impossible not to remember him. Sometimes I wish the archives from the PoFo were still accessible here because Harry’s threads would make me smile. Harry was an institution in the PoFo. He represented...

    Ticket Exchange - Playoffs

I did see this one time after googling: Ask the seller for their account #. It should match their name from the ticket rep and the tickets. The account # is on the top of the ticket. Call the team or ticket agent and speak to the person’s ticket rep and verify the person has an account and has...

    Ticket Exchange - Playoffs

Exactly! From the seller’s perspective, is it about a wash in terms of what they’d take home for $250 cash vs them being sold for $375 on StubHub?

    Ticket Exchange - Playoffs

Do tell on the “be careful”? Serious question, I went ticket hunting a few months ago and thought about CraigsList but ultimately them not having the guarantees of StubHub, I decided it was too much of a risk. What’s your safeguards? Edit: From the looks of things, some CraigsList sellers are...

What Kraft Should Have Done Last Year, re: Deflategate

From the movie Frequency, right? What do I win?

DeAngelo Williams: Only tom brady likes Belichick

LaFell and Williams did play together for 4 years, I wouldn't be surprised if that's where he's getting this (incredibly bitter) sentiment from. Of course, he couldve been confused that only LaFell DOESNT like Belichick. That seems about as plausible as anything, really.

OT: Cam Newton & the race card

In other news, I should probably charge my iPad. Though this also may explain why I wasn't so quick to condemn Trayvon Martin unlike so many others in the cesspool below (not to hijack this thread).

    Broncos vs Steelers

Guess Antonio Brown went for a second opinion after your initial immediate evaluation.

    "Not One Dime"

Hmmm, good catch. I suppose the only way around that is if it's someone you REALLY know well and know their intentions. Another gray area: they have raffles for Pats tickets at my work. Would winning tickets (either from workplace or elsewhere) count as a way to attend a game without giving any...

    "Not One Dime"

Hah, from your signature, can I take it that you either live in the south or make the Mac & cheese "southern style", so to speak? I was in Oxford, MS a few months ago at a place right next to Ole Miss and asked about a side order of Mac and Cheese and asked the waitress if their Mac and cheese...

    "Not One Dime"

Try telling that to your child that MUST have the Mac and Cheese when you're at the grocery store. :D

    "Not One Dime"

Ahhhhhhhh good one, sponsors, hadn't even thought of that. And good stuff on the boycotting of ESPN sponsors. I had really been thinking of giving Dollar Shave Club a try, but now I'm really going to think hard about not doing so for reasons I hadn't previously considered. :D

    "Not One Dime"

I'm seeing this phrase a lot here from various fans declaring their intentions to never give Kraft another dime of their money. My concern isn't with debating the merits of such a mindset, but rather to figure out the ways in which to avoid giving him any money. Lots of people have done a great...

    Step Back From The Ledge.

Better not watch another game on TV (legally) or purchase any NFL merchandise. If so, you'll probably amount to a dime.

Perhaps This Explains Why Many Liberals are Miserable

Makes sense. The poster above you, he makes it his mission to try to tell all of us that he's exceedingly happy, but in actuality is hostile and belligerent. I always viewed his calling Darryl miserable as being projection. Actions speak louder than words.
