I agree with these intermediate goals. Considering the last year of Carroll went 8-8 then the Pats send a 1st round pick to the Jets and BB goes 5-11 his first season before becoming the GOAT, my expectations for next year depending on the schedule of course will be initial growing pains then...

If I recall correctlu, BB had much more open and engaging press conferences when he was at Cleveland. When they started losing, I think they pretty much convinced ownership to run him out of town. I think that's also why he's standoffish now.
