All i can say is holy crap thank god they resolved the nfl lockout, imagine the red sox being the only thing going on right now!
Im not lieing when i say i would rather watch my lawn grow then watch a second of this team or baseball in general right now.
I think done for his career, the guy is almost 40 and carrying around over 400lbs of weight. You could also see anger in Doc's face during his post game interviews, im thinking him and Danny are not seeing eye to eye on things. With the way things went last week im thinking Danny pushed shaq...
Hell the entire season will be interesting, this team had a couple hundred grand and some ham samwiches to lure players and somehow Danny made it work.
Not good when your ace gets lit up at home by one of the worst teams in the league. If anything we will know by the end of the yankees series where this team stands.
IMO im just glad football starts up sunday night!
As long as they dont play that freaking "New York" song they played 5 trillions times during the draft, i gots no problems with the game being in NYC.:D
So how many left here still saying "it's only may"?
One thing that will be interesting is seeing how Fenway continues throughout the year. Lets face it they are lying about sellouts, hell i wouldn't waste my time driving the 2 hours to Boston if i had free tickets right now. I compare...
They have no one who can finish with the puck, been the same issue since Neely retired imo.
They have a perfect opportunity to draft a young scorer this June and why do i get this deep down sinking feeling that they will either trade the pick or use it on a defenseman!:bricks:
You can add in A-rod and Sheffield also, if there is one team who doesn't have the ground to stand on when it comes to steroid abuse it's the New York Yankees!
Nope it's on the sports package which the nfl network use to be on last year. I like it except for the fact that non hd looks horrible on my tv, i did hear that comcast is adding some new hd channels soon, so i hope this is one of them.
Looks like a view i had a few times at the old Boston garden:D, i cant believe any stadium built within the last few years never mind the newest and most expensive one would have seats like that. Being in the construction field i just don't get Architects sometimes!
A good friend of mine just called me to tell me his father won two tickets to next weeks pats game that includes a meet with the players and a tailgate party with the patriot cheerleaders.:singing:
He is not a football fan so i might get the opportunity to grab them off him and was wondering...
Many here had a team going but i think it disolved a few seasons ago, takes alot to run and manage one these days in that game not to mention expensive as hell.
What does their cap number look like, from what i remember not good. Hopefully im wrong but i think big baby just upped his worth a whole lot in these playoffs and might of wrote his ticket out of town simply because they will not have enough to get him signed long term cap wise.
Yeah it is, they really had a legit chance to go all the way IMO and fell into too deep of a hole. The sad part is this team will not be the same next year, to many contracts due and I'm afraid they wasted their best chance!
