So you're basing your what-if on your experience as a Patriot, an Olympian, or both? "Oh my god, what if a Patriot did this!!!!" You think all Patriots who get concussions should play through them? "F U Aaron Hernandez get TF back on the field... Junior Seau would..."
Apparently, she felt like she's not right, and while she'd doing **&^*& that you and I think only other species can do like maybe the Fast Zombies in "I Am Legend" or something, if she's not mentally right she can get Strugged or worse. She did the right thing, but more than that, she made the call that was hers to make, nobody else's.
If you say to some guy with a concussion "can you go?" the stereotypical answer is "Absolutely Coach! Noblue pan skat me!" Put that guy in and you're committing a crime. Nowadays guys are learning to say no. That's more like her case than keri struggs.
The bravery part is real, though it is just what it is. No reason to drag in a previous woman who "played through the pain." Different kind of brave. Not more, not less, but sure, different.
Acting like you have some perch to judge the GOAT of a sport because she made a call that's hers to make about her own safety is just dumb.
