That’s the case for many high pick QBs. Also OL isn’t as bad as people claim.

I don’t understand this recent narrative about not taking the QB now. It’s silly as ****. Only pass on the QBs if you don’t like them.

Reiss, McShay, and Schefter have all said it’s Caleb and Jayden 1 and 2 and likely Maye possibly McCarthy at 3. Why the mystery? I think Pats want McCarthy but, aren’t sure if they can finagle a trade down. I think ultimately we take him at 3.

Supposedly was decent for Denver. Missed a ton of valuable off season time. OL requires a lot of continuity, hard to just plug a guy in there who didn't workout or practice all off season and probably had to get back in shape. Deserves a clean slate to come in and compete again.
