A lot it was funny, but some stuff went way overboard. I think the jokes about Hernandez went way too far and in bad taste.
Drew Bledsoe was great and I thought Edelman was fantastic.
I can see why Giselle is pissed off. She wasn't there and she did not sign up for this.
Pretty sure she would...
Pats had 2 1sts and 2 2nd rounders that year... the 2 2nd rounders were Tod Rutledge and Tony Simmons.
They literally could have traded both firsts and both 2nd rounders to move up to 4 for Woodson and it would have been a great trade.
Also the pick before Tebucky Jones was none other than...
I have not given up on Chad Ryland.- He has a huge leg and rookie Ks common have a tough first year
Tyquan Thornton- he put on some muscle and his speed is real...I would give him 1 more year
Cole Strange- I want to see him when he is healthy for at least 8 games
I have given up a long time...
To be honest, after 20 years of BB's approach a different method is a welcome change. Bill was at one end of the spectrum and I just hope that Mayo is not too far at the other end of the spectrum. Something in the middle would be great.
I have concerns about too much buddy buddy stuff as it all...
T
oo early to give up on Thornton and 100% Reagor should make the team
They both bring high end speed to the receiver group which is desperately needed.
Bourne and Osborn bring duplicate skill sets. I think only one of those 2 stays
As we have said many times. Draft grades are stupid. Essential they rate where the majority of media talking heads say a player should go. They do not factor in information that only the team is privy to
So the grades are bs and based on incomplete info.
2 years from now we will know
Trading or releasing JSS will open more playing time for Polk and Javon to grow.
I bet they can get a 5th or a 6th for him when another team has a few unexpected injuries
The guy knows to to build a roster and maintain a high level. Not afraid to take risks. Has done a great job signing FA's.
Wolfe is not the right guy for this job.
This team needs someone who is bold and not afraid to take informed risk.
I thought when BB, this BS safe roster building approach...
C+ from me. Feels like Wolfe plays it too safe afraid to take any risks.
The Maye pick was good. They absolutely blew it not trading back into first round to get Legette...who will be a true #1. A burner who is built like stone. Then after they lost out on Legette, they absolutely should have...
Reagor and Thornton. Keep- We need speed
Polk and Baker keep- they both need 2 years
Bourne and Douglas. Keepers from last year
Osborn- keep
JSS and Boute release
I love the Maye pick and glad they stood their ground and did not trade the pick. He is only 21. With solid coaching and good weapons he has unlimited potential.
I do think it will take 2-3 years to get the O- line rebuilt and get the weapons.
I do not think the Oline picks will move the needle...
