Trade for Mathis and draft another OL on day 2 and you have the ingredients for a great OL. Don't see the issue of adding him at veteran minimum as a camp body. The opportunity cost on the 90 man roster is not terribly high.

He is so gutless he couldn't make it on a gutless team, that's as bad as it gets.

This guy is a bad running back with a worse attitude. He literally thinks he's the 2nd coming of Walter Payton. Just listen to all his comments. Instead of shutting up and start working, he's always blamed his coaches.

That said, would love to see him rush over 100 yards against the colts. :)

And if he can get a birth certificate saying he is under 14 I'm sure there is a pee wee team named the Colts he could put that up against.

In what universe is or has Trent ever been a beast?

I think he was successful in Pop Warner football, where he played on two Pop Warner national championship winning teams at Alabama. Of course, Alabama's line dominated the Pop Warner defenses at the line of scrimmage, opening holes that Nick Saban could have run through.

It's a real mistake to think that success in Pop Warner ball translates automatically to the NFL. It's not the same game.

I think Richardson would actually have to pay the Patriots to secure a roster spot.

Why not! He had to have some talent at Alabama. Can always cut him.
He can't be worth much.
