Is Polk that different from Keon Coleman, who was taken at 33? Would you all have **** your pants if they took Coleman who only ran a 4.62 forty?
I said yesterday I didn’t want Coleman. I want guys who separate, give the QB some easier throws.

Patriots had one of the shortest QB time to execute ...
So all the 4.52 naysayers here ... you're missing it on this pick.

Their degrees in broadcast communication makes them experts?
More than at least 75% of the posters in this thread, that's for sure.

So you’d hate a WR corps of Nacua, Kipp, and AJ Brown.
You can have one or two of those guys (And all 3 of them have exceptional footwork to gain separation, which the New England Bournes don't have).

You can't have ALL of your guys except one as your WR room. The only guy who will ever get open is Pop Douglas, and I'll cringe every time he goes over the middle, hoping that he doesn't die.

Adonai Mitchell's RAS score, this is what you passed on.

This is what I am holding onto. By all accounts he is a tough route runner and saw some film where he was leading the huddle so that speaks well to his character. All things Harry lacked.
Ill give him that. He did seem like he carried himself on the field as though others listened. Definitely overshadowed with the other talent on the offensive side of the ball for Washington. Feel it was a reach maybe for character vs talent. We shall see

The pick isn't so slam dunk that it can't be debated.

That doesn't make people miserable
OTOH, Mitchell is still dropping, so maybe the pros know something.

They spend more time studying football than we do, we have jobs not related to football, they do.

I worry about Pop being able to stay on the field because he plays fearless and has had some injuries…hope he can stay healthy

Just pick Mitchell already, Steelers

So Field Yates, Mike Reiss etc love Polk. Knew he would go in 2nd round
But all the genius talent evaluator’s on this site know better
Sorry I’ll go with the guys who are more informed
Give him a chance
Mike Reiss had the Pats taking Jon Beason 100% guaranteed. That's when I stopped taking Mike opinion on players and who the Pats would pick seriously.

Yates was high on N'Keal Harry as well.

They're not more informed than anyone else..

Stupid overreach ... 4.52 is a pass. We just can't draft wide receivers . We are cursed.

Bourne gets open. Juju certainly got open A LOT on KC. Osborne gets open.

I will give Yates more credit as he did learn at the hand of BB and he was in the Pats Scouting Dept before he went into the media.

But Yates is no better or worse than anyone else.
