Explosive New Hernandez Details

Yep,The Police are saying that Lloyd was slain sometime in the early morning hours of Monday between 1am and 5am ...if it was say,ADT he used and the Police asked them when they got the communications failure signal at Aaron's house and it matches that time frame,Aaron could be in serious trouble,if he isn't already.

Like I have said before, the MSP is developing a timeline and I have had concerns about what they might find when it comes to the video surveillance data and if they are using someone like ADT, they have everything backed up for their clients and to reduce their negligence as well.

I have not heard anything about MSP getting a warrant for ADT or whomever the security company is, if the equipment and service is a part of a equipment lease agreement and a monitoring agreement, and the Hernandez house but that doesn't mean it hasn't happened.

If Hernandez does have some form of lease agreement, then that means all of the data does not belong to Hernandez and that leaves him unprotected.

So you bring him a mile down the road from your house in a rental car in your name and then just leave it there?

If AH did shoot him, doing this would nominate him for dumbest criminal of the year. Might even get him on the TruTv's World's dumbest criminals show.

Again, If done after the facts, maybe he just doesnt want to get involved, knowing the cam and texts bring him in contact with dead man. And he knows innocent of not he wil be dragged thru it. But dumb move anyway.

If that's the case, then he's going to do time. You can't destroy evidence to a crime.

Motive anyone?

Sorry, but you don't destroy surveillance tapes unless you are guilty of something PERIOD..in fact those tapes if you are innocent will set you closer to freedom than prosecute you if nothing important is on it in those hours in question following the murder.

.....the only other possibility is that Aaron was not the person inside the home destroying the tapes at that time, but you'll really have to swallow hard to believe that if wasn't him if the tapes issue proves to be an actual act.

Today (6/20) @ 12:52, Steve Silva of Boston.com reported that a law enforcement source claimed he would be arrested in connection with the murder investigation. At 12:53, an update was posted by Wesley Lowery that no arrest is immanent and no arrest has been issued.

However, it has just been released- at 3:37PM -that AH broke his cell phone and security system. He also hired a cleaning service to "scrub" his mansion, according to ABC News.

First, he might not have destroyed it himself. Any person in the house could have. If one of his friends was the killer, that person could have destroyed it.

Second, he might not be guilty himself of anything other than destroying the surveillance camera. Say his girlfriend's sister is the killer and he smashed it for her. He wasn't guilty of anything other than smashing the evidence in this situation.

I agree that SOMEONE who was in the house since the murder is the killer. That doesn't mean it is Hernandez. It doesn't mean Hernandez was even there. It does look like though he knows who killed him and helped to cover up the evidence.

A pair of gloves solves that problem.

To have gloves in the summer...means premeditated, doubt he would have had them and not dispose of body better, or gun

cleaning crews usually come by Monday Morning.

"If the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit!"

(ahh gez. 'scuse me. ima jus' gettin' loopy frum all a' this media overload and blurting out 18 year old catch phrases in a deluded AHern trance.)

So the cleaning service personnel will have to deal with the police questioning if they saw or found something suspicious in the home, this could help incriminate him or relieve Aaron of any wrongdoings.

How did you get all this info before everyone else?

So the question at this moment remains, are any of these reports 100% true? If one of the 3 guys including Hernandez did this I am pretty sure they would have found evidence for arrests. I am not convinced ahern did this. But somewhere he has a link to this.

I wouldn't get too hung up on stuff like that. The investigators will no doubt be taking their time and making sure that they have everything that they could need before they make any arrests.

Motive anyone?

Really? Certain details about the case have been leaked by law enforcement sources, but no one is going to leak the entire case until an arrest is made. As a matter of fact, we may never even know the motive until/if this goes to trial. Police don't have to list a motive to charge someone, they just have to prove that a crime was committed.

Motive anyone?

Since its a family issue perhaps it has something to do with maybe the way Lloyd was treating his girlfriend who is Aaron's baby girls aunt,or MUCH more likely drug deal gone bad.

All speculation of course

It could have been any of the following suspects....A little levity...

They may take their time for any arrest, but they also likely put out notices to any suspects to not leave the area until the investigation is complete.

Well Rob

Well done.

Interesting how the disappeared girlfriend seems to arouse so little interest.

Yeah, if he is running around town they don't seem to concerned with him it seems like.

There are conceivable reasons why he might destroy the tapes without being directly involved in the murder beforehand.

Of course, doing that is still a crime, so he'd still be in a lot of trouble even if that was the case.
