PS I thought Tafoya and Dan Patrick were pretty much awful post game last night. Tafoya interviewing Kraft right after they won, and I forget what I didn't like about DP, cause at that point someone important was holding the Lombardi.

I never fully subscribed to the sports media as prejudiced against the Pats. But the last two weeks of Pat bashing has made me a complete convert to this stance. And the onslaught continues in a slightly more reserved and subtle form this morning--mainly by a continuing effort to play the childish cheat card, with the assumption that the "legacy is in doubt." Sheer sour grapes and juvenile stupidity by some of the deans of sports broadcasting.
Yeah, she pretty much started in with the controversy without giving much to them being SB champs. and why didn't Kraft correct her when she said they won 3 SBs? I would have responded, "Which SB win are you taking away from my team?"PS I thought Tafoya and Dan Patrick were pretty much awful post game last night. It is during the heat of the battle when the haters will reveal themselves, not when they have time to consider what they are saying in advance.
This Superbowl win and the two weeks of Deflategate have allowed us to compile a rather lengthy list of certified haters.
I so much agree with you and I have been spewing my opinion where I could on this one. What Cris Carter did last night was disreputable.
A person should not be allowed to say what he said and hide behind any personal responsibility just because he prefaced his rant with the word "IF".
"IF" is not a get out of jail card that allows a person to assassinate someone's character.
He took Dilfer to task yesterday after the game, calling his comments "embarrassing".

Dilfer agreed with the embarrassing part too, fair play to the guy he's owned the mistake:

I totally agree w/ @Edelman11 it was embarrassing of me to write you off after wk 4, lesson learned. Congrats on the win.Onto 2015 #KneeJerk
What Edelman is saying today about Steve Young is very telling.
Everyone remembers the night of the KC game and what Dilfer said about the Patriots 'not being good anymore'.
But standing right next to him was Steve Young. And, if I recall correctly, he said something that must have gone straight to Edelman's ego.
It was something along the lines of 'The real crime is that that front office has surrounded one of the greatest QB's in history with lousy players who cannot be considered weapons'.
If I'm Julian Edelman, I want to exact my pound of flesh for that comment straight out of Steve Young's face.

it might have been when he asked how this superbowl won compared to the last one gronk won. to which gronk replied, I've never won before.
No doubt I'm going to regret asking, but...What Cris Carter did last night was disreputable

What did he do?
It was very awkward between CC and Dilfer last night. I thought those two would go at it.What Cris Carter did last night was disreputable.
