Dez Bryant. haha. Hell no

Considering we just essentially got our first back for Cooks

I would give up our late 2nd for a year, or two of Josh Gordons services. Just to see the League lose their ****.

Pass ... quickly

Not a chance in hell.

Dez has a very specific skill set and I don't think he'd be a good fit for us. He's not a great route runner but instead relies on fighting for the ball mid-air (Romo to Dez fade routes were lethal back then).

We could do alot worse than a motivated Dez Bryant.

A 2nd is too high for Flash.

I say pass on dez but B.B. will do what he always does. I wouldn’t know weather B.B. would go for it. I get the feeling we wind up with beckham

Dez is rumored to be released which means he would be free.
Patriots wouldnt trade for his current contract without a rework.
No interest in Dez

Size is basically the only skill that Bryant really has right now, and we can get that elsewhere for a lot cheaper without the associated headaches. He's 29 and it's been 3 full seasons since he hit 1,000 yards; at this point, there's no real reason to assume that his athleticism is coming back or that he's going to be an especially good WR from here on out. He's just trading on name recognition at this point.

So I'd only want the Pats to go after him if he was willing to accept a one-year, bargain basement deal to try to re-establish his value to get a shot at a big money deal next offseason. If he's willing to play for peanuts for a year, then sure, he would be an intriguing pickup, but if he gets cut I think there will be at least one team willing to guarantee him enough money that he won't seriously consider that path.
