As long as he had stopped pounding them 10 minutes before he got in the car he was good to drive, you freakin liberals.
Those guys need to retake Celebrity 101 training, the part about why you have a posse so there‘s someone else to drive when you’re in the bag. Doesn’t need to be a designated driver, designated offender will do fine as long as it‘s not you.How else are you getting home? Take the bus??!! Ha!

Ah, the conundrum of 2020. Risk getting a DUI, or risk getting Coronavirus.
Quit with the politics crap in here. This is pathetic and we don't want it.It's odd that thousands of NYFL players who don't wear masks, are tested constantly, don't live in a "bubble" and come in close contact as humanly possible with each other, have so few cases of the virus and no hospitalizations. I wish someone could explain to me how that's possible with such a deadly and contagious virus.

While I get the humor:
League, teams, union must solve problem of drunk driving by NFL players
It has been only a week, though it seems much longer that, since Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher killed the mother of his child and then himself.profootballtalk.nbcsports.com

I think the more pertinent discussion for this forum is how does the NFL navigate through the Covid environment for the rest of the season. So far it's been a bit of a cluster **** but I also understand everyone is learning along the way. We'll see. I also expect the protocols to change week to week and the possibility of the season extending into March.
To me the numbers or statistics are somewhat irrelevant because the NFL is going to set its policy based on however it can protect itself legally, politically and socially.
I didn't see it in this thread. I'm just sick and tired of threads deteriorating. Talk football and I'm 100% down. My political opinions have no place here. Your political opinions have no place here.I was responding to a virus comment that was here. Maybe you missed that.
I read that his 4.5 million 2021 salary is voided by the DUI.Wonder how the personal conduct clauses in his contract address dui?
does goddell have a chat with him at some point.
FWIW, the guarantees void, but the salary itself generally doesn't.I read that his 4.5 million 2021 salary is voided by the DUI.
That is an expensive party he had last night.
There's money thrown around by the millions of dollars to keep these guys uninfected. What's amazing to me is that they can still manage to find the virus despite all the crap being thrown against the wall to stop that from happening. It's odd that thousands of NYFL players who don't wear masks, are tested constantly, don't live in a "bubble" and come in close contact as humanly possible with each other, have so few cases of the virus and no hospitalizations. Better than being a Beefeater I suppose...I don't see why there's such a stink about this....so he likes to drink a little gin. He IS a Gordon after all.
