At this point, I think they will just give the GM title to Matt Groh.

That's entirely possible (and perhaps probable). If that happens, it would be a mistake. Groh is one of Bill's guys and I doubt he would stand up to Bill when it comes to any personnel decisions.

Adam Peters would be my vote, he's been here before in the early years and with John Lynch he's built a brilliant roster in San Fran. I think we also need clarity on what the front office do and how many scouts we have etc? Do we use analytics? Etc..

A lot of this is in the media guide. I don’t remember the number of scouts off hand, but there are three “software engineer” type titles in the scouting department, which includes analytics work.

Bob Kraft make a plan??? Haha. @venecol agrees with you. The dude is 82 years old. Wake up? Yes. I am sure Bob Kraft sleeps a lot at 82. Make a plan? Again haha. Venecol thinks he picked Parcells 30 years ago when Kraft was 52, so Kraft is going to pick the next amamzing GM and Coach.

The same people, like you and Venecol, that expect Kraft to select the correct GM and Coach at 82 years of age think BB is too old at 71 years of age.

I don't get all the Harbaugh love. It's college football which is a lot of recruitment and a lot of coaching. He's been at Michigan since 2015 and is 4-7 in bowl games. Are people sympathetic of anyone who has been accused of breaking rules these days? Of which it seems pretty obvious Harbaugh did cheat. I guess since his time in SF he learned to balance his incessant whining with some cheating too?
