Explosive New Hernandez Details

I agree 100%. But there are people in here talking about how they believe that people are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Those people must believe OJ is innocent, or they are hypocrites.

Umm.. Actually, they could also believe the PI story that came out within the last year or so that actually implicated OJ's son, who, to my knowledge, was never looked at by the police.

Also, the L.A. Police did such a horrible job at presenting the case, they formed the reasonable doubt for the jury regardless of what was actual fact.

Now, that being said, we aren't even at the FACT PRESENTATION stage. We're in the fact finding stage and the media is actually screwing it up. Such as Steve Silva saying that Hernandez was going to be arrested only to have the Mass State Police say that no arrest warrant had been issued and that Hernandez wasn't even a suspect at the time. OOPS..

Does anyone know if Hernandez's fiance has any gang affiliated brothers?

i know this was brought up before this but here is an intersting question? The police have going in to AH's house 2 times with search warrants why did they not take the cell phone on either of those times into the home and why did they not take the security footage either of those times? For all those saying it looks bad for AH (and it does not look good) there are way too many unanswered questions involving the police work here and failing that he media making things larger then they might be

The first time, Hernandez wasn't there for the search.

As for the 2nd time. Typically, the warrant has the stated Item(s) that they are looking for. They could have asked Hernandez for the phone even though it wasn't on the warrant and he could have refused them (per his lawyer's advice). Or, by then, his lawyer already had it since the lawyer is the one who turned it over to the Police today.

Exactly. Based on the reports that we've seen so far, it definitely looks like he's guilty. If I was on the jury trying this case, though, I'd need to see a lot more evidence.

A jury's standard in a court of law is one thing. But in my own life, outside of the jury, I don't need to be certain of something beyond a reasonable doubt in order to have an opinion that I'm pretty confident is the truth.

No. But shouldn't you have some verified facts? Ones that haven't been contradicted? Such as which car they were looking for... Such as the time the text was supposedly sent to Lloyd's friend. Such as when Hernandez last was seen with Lloyd..

How can you be pretty confident it's the truth when they aren't established facts yet?

The two reports are not necessarily contradictory. Seen at a home is not the same as seen with the person.

It was reported they were together, apparently corroborated by text messages.

Daniel also reported that a source identified Odin as a passenger along with two other men in the vehicle driven by Hernandez and that four men were together in the vehicle, but only three returned to Hernandez’s home.

WHAT THE ***** AHERN?

(There's pretty much nothing else to say about this **** other than I bet he tells the cops he smashed up his surveillance system because he couldn't figure out the remote.)

Should probably get used to the reality that Hernandez will not be putting on the Patriots uniform again.

A pair of gloves solves that problem.

Actually, a pair of gloves doesn't solve the problem. Most recent studies of GSR show that the residue can and will get on the torso and sleeve(s) of a shirt. And, if you are wearing a short sleeve shirt, then your arms are exposed to the GSR and they can be swabbed as well.

Did he do this before or after the cops contacted him? That timeline seems unclear. If it was before, then he must've knew what went down, and that raised yet another red-flag. As if there weren't enough of those already.
If he was innocent and knew the deal, things probably would have gone a lot more smoothly had he been the one to call the cops.

That is the big question. It has not been released when the destruction of the surveillance equipment happened. Only the "sources" have implied that it was Hernandez who did it. But then, the sources also claimed that Hernandez was going to be arrested.

There are too many holes in story to make any concrete decision one way or the other. And, as things go along, the story has been changing. Such as the last time they were seen together now seems to be Friday Night/Sat Morning and not Sunday night. That the girlfriend disappeared for 3-4 days and was only found Wednesday afternoon/evening.

"Just about an hour before Hernandez was caught on video walking into his home, Hernandez was seen at Lloyd's home in Dorchester.

FOX 25 also confirmed that the hard drive to Hernandez's home video surveillance system was heavily damaged when state police investigators went to his house."

If this is true then do the math.

I have dropped my phone plenty of times..it didn't automatically break into 4 different pieces rendering it useless. His phone from 1980?
Deus Irae has never been wrong about anything in his life (if you don't believe me, just ask him). He's a lawyer and he engineers cell phones. Doesn't matter that it's impossible to smash a phone by dropping it accidentally once.

Under the law of parties, the driver of the getaway car is just as culpable as the trigger man. And subject to the same punishment.

What trigger man? What getaway car?

People are acting like this is some Mob hit. We have 5% of the information but people are already throwing Hernandez under the bus.

However all of this washes up ( guilty or not BTW he hasn't even been charged with anything ) and without getting preachy, i think it's pretty interesting how quickly this board can turn on a player on rumors and innuendo.

Yep,The Police are saying that Lloyd was slain sometime in the early morning hours of Monday between 1am and 5am ...if it was say,ADT he used and the Police asked them when they got the communications failure signal at Aaron's house and it matches that time frame,Aaron could be in serious trouble,if he isn't already.

Unfortunately, ADT is actually very poor at properly monitoring systems and logging when things like cameras/motion sensors stop functioning. It usually takes the client calling them before they notice, log it and send out someone to repair it. And yes, I am speaking from personal experience.

That being said, you are correct. If the system actually stopped communicating with the central office and they placed a call to Hernandez's residence as per their SOP, then yes, it would be logged and that would be detrimental to Hernandez if it happened after the time frame of when the murder took place.
