I wonder if it's even more efficient than the 2007 one, but just not getting the number of drives because the defense had been so inconsistent.
But if this defense figures things out and can play consistently, this could be another dynasty. The core of this defense is so young, and still has a lot to learn, but last night was a prime example of how good these guys can be.
lol, and tubby wrecks went for ice cream anyway
Belichick's '60 minute' message
During the fourth quarter of the Patriots' 45-3 win over the Jets on Monday night, ESPN cameras captured coach Bill Belichick gathering his players on the sideline and giving a passionate talk.
Quarterback Tom Brady, during his weekly appearance on sports radio 850 WEEI this morning, explained the message. Belichick was reminding players that despite the score, the game wasn't over.
"We're playing for 60 minutes, I don't give a [bleep] what the score is", Belichick told the players, according to Brady.

If I can find a picture. . . .
The huddle was symbolic of the difference in these 2 teams: real leadership.
A little OT: How about that little chat between Brady and I think it was NYJ Turner? Anyone know what that was about?
Anyone know what/who Brady was pointing and laughing at when his presser ended?
I will post the picture if noone does, when i come back home around 3pm.
Not sure exactly what was said, but the defense didn't let up and kept the Jets off the scoreboard in the second half. I'm sure it was something along the lines of playing the full 60 minutes and not letting up. Even Brady stayed in the game until the very end.

I love it, every damn second of it.
