List some people who you think the patriots should draft, this will help us keep an eye on guys we like through this upcoming draft.
here are some names ive been seeing alot of lately, let me know what you think.
1a/b: Ryan Kerrigan OLB: The more i see the more i like, he fits the bill in terms of size and wingspan better than brandon graham did last year, although some label him as 'slow' his stock appears to be raising into the top 10, but hes a LB and they can be difficult to project coming to the NFL so maybe he falls into the pats lap.
1a/b: J.J Watt DE: from everything ive heard he seems like the perfect patriots sit at the 5 tech. he has a good personality and is hard working, everything about him screams 'patriots'.
2a: Stefan Wisniewski G/C: a great versatile lineman who projects as one of the best centers/guards in the draft, drafting this player would serve as a great backup/replacement/insurance policy at guard, but also a future replacement for Koppan at center.
2b: Mikel Leshoure RB: Leshoure is one of the best RBs in the draft but doesn't quite have the name recognition of someone like Mark ingram, as RBs become easier to find in the later rounds, Leshoure may slip to the patriots, he would come in as great competition for BJGE, but also fill the roll of backup or COP back over an older player like fred taylor who i think is done, woodhead would move to 3rd down specialist and special package back role that faulk filled, if Leshoure fell to 64 and i think he might, i think the patriots would have to take him.
3a. Demarcus Love OT: gives the patriots some much needed depth at OT, Demarcus could play the RT if vollmer moves over to LT when light leave.
