I couldn't believe Shanahan went to the pass in the third quarter... completely changed up what they were doing, and how they were moving the ball... a few miscues from the 9ers really left the door open for the chiefs to take the game... RunCMC should have walked away with that game... thought he might after the first drive, despite coughing up the ball...

the punt where it tagged the foot of the 9er... oof, he never should have been in the area of the ball... McCloud really has to be vocal on his call to clear the area... not sure he was...

and it seemed like when the 49ers were passing they could hit the routes over the middle, but the outside perimeter was completely shut off... am I wrong on that? it certainly felt that way... makes it tough to push the ball down the field thru the air like that... can't stretch that secondary across the field... and they got no help from Kittle... he must have been hurting, because he was a complete non-factor in the game stats wise...

one more thing... anyone think andy reid was going to keel over halfway thru the game? dude looked horrible last night

Raise your hand if you'd love to know what's going through 49ers GM John Lynch's mind this morning.

Come on man, the entire momentum of the game changed with the TO on the 9ers 16 yd line because of an unlucky bounce of the ball.

For 42.5 minutes the 9ers held Mahomes to two fgs until the TO. 9ers were about to get the ball w/ 2:30 left in the 3rd qtr. up by 4. Who knows what would've happened, but the 9ers went down the field and scored a TD. KC only managed two more fgs in the 4th.

On the 9ers TD drive after KC scored to take the lead by 3:

Passing plays: 7 for 58 yds (4 FD + TD), incl. on 4th down.
Rushing plays: 4 for 17 yds (1 FD).

Doesn't seem like he was panicking then.

Spend more time talking about the most important play of the game instead of fabricating that Shannahan "panicked," lol. What is your evidence for stating that he "panicked?" You don't have any.

Even Romo said Scags adjusted to shut down the run. It was a good tight game going back and forth. The better team won. No need to sensationalize it.
