Haven't read it in full yet, but:

despite extensive investigation, we have found no evidence that anyone at the League received or viewed the in-elevator video prior to its public release. Likewise, we have found no evidence of a woman at the League acknowledging receipt of that video in a voicemail message left on April 9, 2014.

we have identified the investigative steps that the League took in the wake of the Rice incident, steps that reflect the League’s longstanding practice of deferring to law enforcement—a practice that can foster an environment in which it is less important to understand precisely what a player did than to understand how and when the criminal justice system addresses the event. In this case, that deference led to deficiencies in the League’s collection and analysis of information during its investigation. We conclude that there was substantial information about the incident that should have put the League on notice of a need to undertake a more thorough investigation to obtain available evidence of precisely what occurred inside the elevator. Had the League done so, it may have uncovered additional information about the incident, possibly including the in-elevator video prior to its public release.

"In our fully independent investigation paid for by the NFL...."

Is there anyone who thought that the report would do anything but exonerate the NFL?

Look I can say I have a pet dragon at home......

It doesn't make it true!

So TMZ has more connections than the NFL! Why did they even bother with this. Although I don't mind the whole Ray Rice thing sprouting its ugly head again this week, so that the Ravens will have to answer questions about it.

So they only find fault with something that the NFL already addressed? Shocking.

Surprise surprise. It's good timing to come out, at least.

Goodell just ran into the bathroom to play with "little ralphie", better than a double dose of viagra..

Surprise Goodell did not do anything wrong again..

Perhaps the many here who expected Goodell to punish Woody for blatant tampering with Revis are shocked.

Roger's league office is absolutely masterful with its "We were always at war with Eastasia" perversions of fact.

The AP and A.C. police didn't cooperate with the investigation. I find that odd.

a week from now what i expect to see on TMZ to the surprise of nobody

"when reached for comment the AP and ACPD both made claims that nobody from the mueller report even bothered to actually contact them for their cooperation in the investigation."

I love this line from the report:

"When investigating whether the NFL received a copy of the elevator video prior to the release of the video on TMZ, we did a thorough investigation including declining to contact the AP or the Atlantic City Police Department. To our surprise, both organizations were uncooperative by not returning the telephone calls, letters, and e-mails that we didn't send. Without this corporation, we exhausted every avenue to gain evidence for these allegations that we tried including sticking our heads in the sand for the last two months."

Silly them. Never get involved in a land war in Eastasia.

I keep seeing this thread and asking myself, "Who is this Mueller guy and why did I not know he was on the team?"

So basically

NFL: NFL didn't see that tape.

The annoying thing is that most of the media will take this as complete exoneration.
