Players likely to be on the roster in 2024:
David Andrews (Final year of a 4/19 deal signed in 2021.)
Ja'Whaun Bentley (Extended through 2025 with cap #'s of 5.7 and 7.3M)
Joe Cardona (Signed through 2026 with cap numbers of 1.5/1.5/1.6M)
Jonathan Jones (Final year of a 2/19 deal. Carries a ~12.7M cap number)
Deatrich Wise, Jr. (Final year of a 4/22 deal. Carries a ~7.7M cap number)

Could retire, maybe:
Lawrence Guy (Final year of 4/14.4 deal signed in 2021, may retire.)

Likely cuts, retirements, and/or cap casualities:
J.C. Jackson (Will be cut. Cap number is ~14M and cap savings would be ~14M. Departed and returned too.)
Trent Brown (UFA and still on the hook for ~2M dead money. Doubt we retain him. Departed and returned too.)
James Ferentz (UFA, don't think we will resign.)
Trey Flowers (UFA, don't think we will resign. Might resign mid-season if he looks good. Departed and returned too.)
Matthew Slater (Likely retiring)

Front Office Departures:

GM - Bill Belichick
Director Of Player Personnel - Nick Caserio
Director Of College Scouting - Monti Ossenfort
Director Of Pro Personnel - Dave Ziegler
Football Research Director - Ernie Adams
Director Of Football/HC Admin - Berj Najarian

Coaching Departures:

HC - Bill Belichick
OC - Josh McDaniels
Assistant QB Coach - Jerry Schuplinski
RB Coach - Ivan Fears
WR Coach - Chad O'Shea
TE Coach - Nick Caley
OL Coach - Dante Scarnecchia
DL Coach - Brendan Daly
LB Coach - Brian Flores
CB Coach - Josh Boyer
Safeties Coach - Steve Belichick (possibly)
ST Coach - Joe Judge (Left and returned, was co-OC and now assistant HC/ST coach. Likely not to be retained.)
Assistant ST Cocah: Cameron Achord (promoted, but we requested an interview with the Falcons ST coach)
Coaching Assistant - Brian Belichick (possibly)
Coaching Assistant - Cole Popovich
Consultant To HC - Bret Bielema

SUMMARY:

5 years later, we are likely to only have 5-6/53 players left from our last Superbowl team to go along with a completely revamped front office/coaching staff other than a few guys like Mayo, the Belichicks, Covington, and a few other FO people like Nancy Meier.

Wow, things change fast in the NFL......

@Hyped Demarcus Covington was on the 2018 coaching staff as an untitled coaching assistant... he's still here.

I would add that Wise didn't even play and Bentley was a bit player. Backup to Elandon Roberts, but Bentley got hurt and went on IR. So it's really just Andrews and maybe Jon Jones (not sure how much he played back then, since J. McCourty and Gilmore were the CBs).

@Hyped Demarcus Covington was on the 2018 coaching staff as an untitled coaching assistant... he's still here.
Mentioned him at the end of my post.

I have no idea what value the team puts on J Jones, but I’ve been a fan. The guy is an effort player who truly seems to care. He punches above his weight, IMO, and has had brilliant games over the years. When talent left, he became a valuable starter and I’d love to see him on the field in NE next Fall.

Hope they retain him too. Great young coach who had easily the best group on the team.

Did Najarian get fired?

Not that I know of, but he is basically Belichick's personal assistant. BB brought him in 24 years ago...and even farther back with the Jets.

He carries a cap # of ~13M. The team values him for sure....
