He obvious is a huge choker but no question he's the least problem in Dallas...to much guaranteed money but won't look like a huge deal when Rodgers and Ryans contract are done...
I agree with your thoughts. There are a lot of problems down there, so I don't personally blame Romo as much as the next guy. I think he has some good attributes in his ability to scramble out of trouble time and time again, and bad traits too. Most of all, he needs to improve on his decision making.
If they were committed to retaining him however, this is the kind of contract that is needed to do it in today's NFL regarding QB's. It's also quite possible that the numbers are tremendously inflated on the back end too. I'm not seeing any out of the ordinary at all to be honest.
Dallas' main problem is the fact that they have Jerry Jones running the team and refusing to hire a real GM.
