It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Love the bitter entitled litigator part.I just saw news that Harbaugh hired Don Yee to represent him. That doesn't sound like he's ready to accept Michigan's offer, that sounds like he wants to explore options in the NFL. We all know Yee has worked with the Pats for a long time... interesting.
Also, I was loyal to JMD for a long time, he did a lot as OC. But, if we're moving on from BB, I don't want a BB-clone.
That includes Flores - who has turned into a bitter entitled litigator.
I would take:
A. BB with a stronger GM balance, and BOB as Asst. HC / OC
B. BOB as HC, Mayo DC, (pipeline OC)
C. Harbaugh as HC, Mayo DC, (new OC)
Who else here can admit they love his caveman close ups on the sidelines as he snorts & picks away?If Bill leaves, I want Steve Belichick as HC, not McDaniels or Mayo.

I agree. I also just have a hard time seeing Bill relinquish full control to a GM.That’s why a GM needs to make these decisions. Belichick can still coach. It’s not complicated.
Bill ain't going so all these HC wishes are mute.
2024 pats back to the playoffs under BB.
McDaniels is a good option. I think he'd be fine here, with the Pats system already in place and the team is far better off, in the long run, with an Offensive minded HC, rather than a Defensive one. It would be foolish to draft a young QB, only to have to chance OC every few years if he has any success.
At this point, my preference would be to retain BB and bring in McDaniels & Ziegler. If they can straighten out the offense, this team can be competitive very quickly.
We have enough Ass coaches. “We ass”I think everyone could use a ASS coach.
We need YOUNGER minds making the decisions.Too many of the decision makers are much too old and out of touch.
That is about the US government.
And also the Patriots. We are talking about someone firing someone and their total age is 153. It's ridiculous in every way. Put away your ****ing egos and step aside.

Everyone's been saying that, but I could see him relinquishing total control for one year.I agree. I also just have a hard time seeing Bill relinquish full control to a GM.
My ideal option is Belichick staying as coach but giving up personnel control. I don't want to see him decide contracts or draft players anymore, but I think he's still a good coach.Everyone's been saying that, but I could see him relinquishing total control for one year.
Only way Bill stays is with help at GM and loss of “final say”. Otherwise I think he’s out.My ideal option is Belichick staying as coach but giving up personnel control. I don't want to see him decide contracts or draft players anymore, but I think he's still a good coach.
If Belichick isn't willing to give up personnel control then I hope they work with another team to complete a trade and add some draft capital. I hope if they move on from Belichick they keep Mayo to run the defense. I'm ready for a whole new offense, but I don't really want the defensive style or results to change a ton.

Age isn't the thing my friend, it's being accountable and being flexible to change. Also, not being a fascist c**t. I digress.Too many of the decision makers are much too old and out of touch.

Flores is a Rat…pass. Mcdaniels…ugh. Or…”3rd time’s a charm?”

Agreed! Here is the thing as well. He let Bill make the call on Tom as well. In my opinion Jonathan Kraft who is 2nd in command will have to be the grim reaper here. Of course you just don't fire bill, however from reports it's expected to be a mutual parting. Well see what happensKraft is such a goddamn ****y. You’re Bill’s boss not his fan. But whatever, it’s just a never ending series of moving the goalposts for him to justify keeping Belichick the last few years. Shi.t, a few weeks back right after the Steelers win the talk by insiders like Rapaport was “well if the team can win these last 4 games it might give Kraft pause on whether to move on from Bill” only for the Pats to immediately lose at home to a painfully flawed Chiefs team. So I guess that doesn’t matter anymore, as long as the Pats lose with dignity that’s good enough.
