Raiders hire Luke Steckel as TE coach
Houston Texans assistant offensive line coach Cole Popovich could earn a promotion this offseason.
Commanders interview Cole Popovich for OLine position (role/title not clarified)
Commanders request to interview Mike Adams for DB coach

No OCs hired before 2022. Guess the good ones get HC positions and the bad ones get fired.

I wonder if we are targeting coaches from the Chiefs or Niners for that at all?

based on the hiring pattern so far, no.

Based on last years staffing levels, we need to fill:
Assistant Head Coach
Quarterbacks Coach
Assistant Quarterbacks Coach
Wide Receivers (Ross Douglas)
Wide Receivers (Troy Brown)
Kick Returners (Troy Brown)
Tight Ends
Assistant OL Coach
Assistant Special Teams Coach

Add to that run game & passing game coordinators (if we expand the staff), coaching fellowships, various untitled coaching assistant roles... still a lot of hires left to make... but we are getting there...

That last column (GM) is the most important by far. Teams don't do squat without good players no matter who the coaches are.
