The last time Brissett started against the Pats, he lost to Zap. As long as they get paid at or under $5mil/yr, I'm all for it.Any of these is a improvement over Mac and Zap.
When your lineman has to encourage you to get up off the floor and stop hiding in a press conference, that's a red flag.I’m telling ya…I don’t believe for one second that Williams is a lock at the 1 OR the two.
Something amiss with that kid, and if true it WILL come out in team interviews.
Almost worst case is Williams slides to three and the Pats have to make the call to take him or not.
I believe because they are vested veterans they command the veterans minimum..Funny the last time Flacco started against the Pats, he lost to Cam. The last time Brissett started against the Pats, he lost to Zap. As long as they get paid at or under $5mil/yr, I'm all for it.
I'm reading Bucs working on an extension of his contract. They want him. He wants to stay. Spotrac has 4 yrs at $120M. That's cheap.Tampa didn't offer him a long-term deal. AVP worked with him in Cleveland.
I love the idea of getting a great QB on a rookie deal...how often does that happen with the 3rd pick (likely the 3rd QB off the board)? If the scouting reports on these guys were more positive, I'd be more optimistic.
Those reports are all over the place.
"I wouldn't take Maye in the first round."
"Daniels is afraid to throw over the middle."
"Williams wasn't good in the locker room."
And on and on.
My second choice behind Mayfield (distantly) would be Fields, but I wouldn't give up anything more than a late 3 for him, if that.
Ridley 1016 yds (13.5 y/r) 8 TDsPersonally I'd prefer Ridley. Evans is a nice player, but goes MIA to often in games. Ridley and Hollywood brown are definitely attainable for us this offseason or Gabe Davis... doubt he'd leave Allen though..
I'm having a hard time believing multiple sources would leak out plans like that if they were legitimate. Might as well provide precise coordinates of where your troops are going to be headed. Maybe in the games next year the QB will yell across the line, "Hey guys this is gonna be a run up the middle. Make sure you plan accordingly!"Stuff

Tommybrady12 was Mac10 and now Showtime15.Conspicuously absent from this thread: @Triumph
He's been swearing Mac will be this season's starter. Sorry, your wish for Mayo/Kraft to fail (if they do) won't be because they ran it back w/ Mac. Lol
@TommyBrady12 you too! Where you been? Tired of being wrong all the time?
A BOGO offer?Can we trade 2 QBs for a 5th ?
Yeah, just saw that. Ah well.I'm reading Bucs working on an extension of his contract. They want him. He wants to stay. Spotrac has 4 yrs at $120M. That's cheap.
I hate it…but it’s trueThis is how to run a reset 101.
Drama WilliamsI’m telling ya…I don’t believe for one second that Williams is a lock at the 1 OR the two.

I believe they have until May of this year to pick up his option for next yearIf the Patriots find a trade partner for Mac, does the new team have to pick up his fifth year option this spring.
