What you probably need is a game time weather condition handicap. Domes are always clear and 75F or whatever, though 75F and clear is different than 80F and a rain storm like you might get in Miami in October. If I were to do the analysis, I'd take that into account.
No, I think you just take the averages. Domes are completely controlled environments. Outdoors can be too hot, too cold, raining, snowing, windy.... Or fine. An average would do the trick.
I would take the last five years, just to keep it simple. Although if you could go back to 1980 it would be even better.
