If this is Bill’s last season as HC, who do you want as a replacement?

Ron Rivera would cause me to moth ball my Pats gear, like I did with my Red Sox (until the team is sold….& J Henry, take your wife with you!!) gear couple of years ago.
Sox being sold is a pipe dream so may as well toss my Jerseys.

i don't want to fire BB as a Coach necesseraly but i doubt BB is stepping down from GM duties and just coach. But he needs to be replaced as the GM, that is without a question. So in conclusion i think at some point BB will step down within 1-2 years. So these guys i would strongly consider.

Every great HC has had the most success with a great QB and they look average with crap qb's. How many playoff wins has BB won in the last 4 years? 0

A good coach is not a coach who doesn’t accomplish much but you can make an excuse for him.

I'd still like to kick it up a notch and see if Neon Deion would come here. He'd spike things up and fans would start tuning into his pressers. I'm sure the folks trying to make a living covering the team would like it too.

Sadly, while I have finally gotten on board with moving on, I fear it’ll be like moving on from Brady : a long wait before another true winner emerges.

I won't be seeing another title "live" but I really don't care. I'm so far ahead of most sports fans having lived for the Russell/ Red streak and the Brady/Bill run that right now, with all the winning and pressure games, I'm ready for a little fun. Bring on Deion.

My whole condition with Mayo is exactly this.

Hire him with the idea he will bring on an entirely new staff and a new mentality of playing a modern style of football. Don’t hire him if he’s just going to do things Bill’s way. Otherwise, you may as well keep Bill.
