Honestly, Tampa had an excellent run defense last season. I just wonder how much of it was due to the fact that teams knew their pass defense was abysmal. They allowed 28ppg. If they can shore that up, Tom’s (hypothetically) set.Tampa just makes a lot of sense to me. Their defense is at least average and might be better than average and their weapons are great. Plus they’d probably add Brown, who Arians already has coached. And they would still have money to burn.
And also, it's kinda hard on a defense when your QB throws 30 picks. People forget how many extra possessions that the Bucs D had to stay on for (which naturally leads to points and yards).Honestly, Tampa had an excellent run defense last season. On a per finger basis, yes.is that a bit much?
just adding to his post
Then I’m sure he’ll love playing with Stidham....He hates playing with Cousins

Is there even a "healthy" 2016 version of David Johnson left? They guy has played 29 games over the past two years and done basically nothing. He is; when healthy.
Immediately.Does Thuney’s cap number count immediately or is it not until he signs the tender?
It’s the type of trade that would get vetoed in fantasy football.
If it sounds surprising, remember that the Texans front office is run by a full-time head coach whose no. 2 adviser is a former team chaplain with little to no scouting or coaching experience.
Relax. He’s missed one year (2017) due to a severe injury and got injured earlier this year. Other than that, he’s been through multiple schemes and may not fit the Klingsbury offense. Thus, the reason they acquired Drake. If you look at his numbers, he’s still a pretty good dual threat. He put up better numbers than Michel. 1300 yards and 10TDs last year. Then 700 yards and 6TDs AFTER being injured/phased out of the offense for Drake (who is the better scheme fit, not the better player). They have to account for it immediately. So even if he doesn’t sign it, it still hamstrings the salary cap. That’s part of what made Bell refusing to sign his tender a couple of years ago so hilarious.Does Thuney’s cap number count immediately or is it not until he signs the tender?
Some debate about this online:Immediately.
