Remaining FA Wide Receivers - or Do We Wait for Draft?

I wrote I wouldn't pay Hollywood $20m, BCG said that I was underestimating the market, you responded by saying you knew the Belichick homers would disagree.

Turned out the guy's market was not in the $20ms. Took only a day for the facts to come out.
I would never give a Slot WR $20Mill especially if we have one of the Roster already.

Then why in the world did you write that you knew I would disagree with the idea he was worth $20m?

Higgins and aiyuk have been in trade speculation for the past week. Bengals just inked burrow to a monster deal and will have to pay chase. 49ers unless they can move deebo will have trouble paying aiyuk long term too.

Not sure what you’re referring to with mahomes
Ayiuk was mentioned before they cut armstead. Higgins can ask for a trade all he wants but until Boyd is -resigned there is zero chance he is moved.

Aiyuk was mentioned again yesterday, mutual interest with jax.

Im not sure where the idea is coming from that the possibility of trades for a #1 wideout are so outlandish. In 22 aj brown and tyreek hill were moved for financial reasons. Diggs to buffalo in 20. These guys never hit fa but trades are possible if the situation dictates it.

Unfortunately the Free Agent WR group is thinning out. Most at the top of the list never even hit free agency.

forgot to list Mike Williams

Cheap Kraft don’t wanna pay for talent. Can’t argue with facts been bottom or near bottom cash spending for last several years.
And we project to be that way again this year.

Williams would presumably come cheap and accept a heavily incentive-laded contract. Plug-in upgrade (assuming he gets healthy at some point) of Parker

But neither SF or Cinci are in cap trouble. And like I said They may be open to moving higgins if Boyd stays. But I think it would be irresponsible of Mike Brown to trade Higgins If boyd signed elsewhere. But both Brown and Hill required great value to acquire. Teams that win three games and dont have a qb are not in the position that the fins or eagles were to get such players and have them stay

Would feel pretty good if:
1st) Drake Maye or Jayden Daniels
2nd) Ladd McConkey
3rd) Patrick Paul
Trade
3rd) Malachi Corley

More comparing size/athleticism wise. Pretty close.
Don't sleep on Jacob Cowing Arizona small guy also who plays a lot Faster than Washington and yeah I like Washington too. :)

Best FA WR fit for Pats - KJ Osborn.
Still young, very versatile. Won't demand a high-end deal. But could sign for 4yrs - develop into a long term #3.

Next - DJ Chark.
