I think Ninkovich can also play some 3-4 DE. Chandler could be elite if he were just a little stronger. He struggles with big and long Lineman. Also in the 3-4 ninkovich could also do some ilb dirty work they call it. Collins I trust will be a great rusher from the outside in a 3-4. Also Chandler can use his quickness length and athleticism attacking the qb from olb where he gets a moving start he can beat them tall strong tackles he normally struggles with. Ninkovich could rotate and play some olb, ilb,DE in the 3-4. Hightower I see growing into a 3-4 end as he seems to be outgrowing LB duties like covering. However he seems to struggle keeping playweight below 275. If he had the greenlight to bulk up I could see him growing to near 300 lbs easily by playoffs if 275 is trying to keep his weight down. And although he lacks athleticism for a lb or edge rusher, his athleticism for a DT or 3-4 end would be terrific. Hightower like Melton could grow into and elite Penetrating DT or 3-4 End. A powerful near 300 lb DT or 3-4 end running a 4.7 40 jumping over 30 inches vertical, and over 9' broad with a 7.5 3 cone sounds pretty good I think. He would be a 300 LB DT with near LB athleticism.
I first saw High tower and thought he was DT. He looked like a beast standing next to an Alabama DT, when I realized he was a LB I was like WT#$&! He is much stronger than upshaw Alabama coaching said. If Ravens are trying upshaw at 3-4 end, High tower has more raw power and athleticism. He could be the next Randy White because he is very strong and stout
