Exactly. Someone's going to have to call the whambulance for APatrioticVirginian when, at some point on the first drive of the first game of the season, Watson and Maroney both see the field.

I agree with Deus, though. For the whole sig quote thing to work, you need to have the predictions up there well in advance. I've had these *guarantees* in my sig for months now...

My favorite was always Gicksauce and his Madden comments. For example (and I'm paraphrasing but it's pretty much 99.9% close to what he said): "The Patriots FO doesn't know better than I do. I won the Super Bowl in my Madden league. The 2007 Patriots did not". And the hilarious thing was that he was dead serious. I had that in my sig for a good two months before I was advised to remove it.

I'm glad nobody put my prediciton about Sanders in their signature...my stomach can't handle cheap plastic and metal :cry2:

Pray tell, what exactly is incorrect?

Actually nothing, and that's the point. You put something that one of our best posters said he thinks might happen in your signature as some kind of proof of god-knows-what. I guess you win.

Very cool.

I thought it was awesome as well. My nipples became instantaneously hard.

Sorry, dup. post.

Nice. :D

I'm not trying to be the posting-police and I don't care what people put in their sigs. Putting guarantees in sigs before-the-fact is kind of funny, especially when it's humorous (like APatrioticVirginian's - where is that guy anyway, he's a riot?). But showing someone else's potentially wrong opinion after-the-fact? That's just plain psycho.

Well he is Patspsycho. On that note, what is it with half of the internet wanting to be "PSYCHO!" these days?

I have APat.... on ignore, but I believe he got the banhammer.

I probably should not expect everyone to read everything on this forum. It's true that it's hard to understand my sig without understanding the context of it.. I'll just enjoy it for a bit

After the fact? It's been up for a few days. You should know that especially since you're one day ahead of the rest of us.

(Slater injury report) from NFLN replay

It's about time they got some medical specialists in the booth to correctly diagnose significant injuries from 100 yards away - though I have been puzzled as to why the quality of the football commentary wasn't so great. ;)

LOL, in that case I stand somewhat corrected. But nevertheless it was just an opinion stated by Rob.
