It's easy, and only takes a few moments.the day that manning hangs the shoulder pads up is the day im out.....it just wouldn't be interesting anymore....he has been the face of the league for over a decade....its made for great theater.....imagine the vacuum that will be left in his absence.....oh well, i'll still have tennis
If Goodell came to my house and raped me on non consecutive occasions I might scale back my viewing to just Pats games.
Raped you on non-consecutive occasions?
What does this actually mean? Should I assume someone else is raping you intermittently?
just because he retires from the game doesn't mean he's going away....you'll get MORE than your fill when he hangs them up...
I stopped...watching baseball because of the 4 hour commitment for the privilege of viewing 5 minutes of action. I do pay attention to the scores and player movement/roster building.
I stopped attending NFL games because of the lack of flow due to the TV breaks.
I stopped watching any NFL game on TV that didn't involve the Patriots but will keep Red Zone on continuously. Again, the no-commercial element of Red Zone wins me over and my fantasy addiction...of course
I am...hooked on English Premiere League soccer. I have always liked the sport and I consciously began to support Liverpool the day Henry bought the team. I lucked out that Liverpool is really really good and they play an attacking brand of futball
Five reasons the EPL has won me over.
1) Weekend morning games.
2) Two hour commitment
3) 90 minutes of uninterrupted action/no commercials
4) Passionate fans
5) NBC Sports Network coverage....starting last year, NBC took over broadcasts and they have elevated the coverage and done a great job capturing the passion inside the stadium
It appears that he underlying element of my sports fickleness is based on my unwillingness to be bombarded by commercialism at a sporting event. Two uninterrupted 45 minute periods of action is about as pure as a sporting event there is and that is appealing to me. Hockey comes very close as well
Team outside of North America. Super Bowl outside of North America. Out of control bs flags making game unfair, and more hitting restrictions.
Former NBA commissioner David Stern stops by every now and then.
Death.

This, it would take this.
