You missed some really awful Patriots seasons.
Imagine being a young or even middle aged JETS fan!

54 years old but don't feel a day over 55

Went to the first game vs. Denver at BU as a kid. Old as dirt.

There are 68 potential members that are old enough to have attended that very first game - I am also one ( I was 7).

I wonder how many others??

As for the rest of you grasshoppers, listen to us, we have been through Patriot hell and lived to experience the best and talk about it all.

I'm 23. I don't expect the Pats to win every game. While I enjoyed 07, I think it's more fun to be the underdog and that's one of the reasons I became a Pats fan as a kid (plus my dad's
That's a big difference in fans in different age groups. After several years where you expect them to lose every game, it's a different feeling when they are favored to win most every game.

Now I expect them to win every game. I just don't get upset when they don't.

I think people who watched every game in 1990 have to be a little different than people who started watching all their games in the Brady era.

I was twenty eight when I saw that very first game. Younger forum

members have not had our experience of witnessing characters like

Clive Rush, Upton Bell, and Joe Kapp. I would like to see the Patriots

change their rules for their Hall of Fame to add one old time candidate

each year. Very few fans have watched the old guys play.
